3 cups of bread flour
1 cup of lukewarm water
3/4 cup sourdough starter
1/2 tablespoon sugar
1 3/4 teaspoon salt
- Mix bread flour, sourdough starter, water and sugar incorporating all ingredients, into a ball. (Don’t be tempted to add any extra water as it is a dryer mixture – and that’s OK.) Cover with a damp tea towel and rest the dough.
